We use only high quality conifer timber, which is provided by our reliable partners. The walls of the houses are made of the planed milled boards, whose thickness may be 45 mm, 60 mm, 90 mm and 120 mm. At a distance of 100 mm from their edge, the boards are milled by automatic equipment made by AUER (Austria), which allows a very exact and top quality cut, a significant factor of a successful assembling of the house.

The whole set includes flooring, under floor beams, roof and roof construction. We manufacture windows and doors in our
factory. The windows have double glass packet and can be opened in two directions. We offer standard single or double windows, but at our customers’ request, window dimensions may vary. Wooden doors can also be single or double, with a window or without it. All the fasteners are made of stainless steel.
All our products can be painted in an industrial way.
Industrial painting includes 4 layers: first one – impregnation, second one – base, third and fourth one – lacquer with colour. You may choose between matt and transparent lacquer, as well as lacquer which enhances a natural fibre of the wood.

Assembling

The set includes all the parts necessary for the assembling. The parts are marked according to the house assembling instructions provided together with each set.
BETULA products are made of environmentally friendly materials and meet all the standard requirements.

We make cabins with double walls.

Thickness of the wall 45mm, gap for the insulation 90mm, wall 45mm. (45+90+45). General thickness of the wall is 180mm.

Thickness of the wall 60mm, gap for the insulation 100mm, wall 60mm (60+100+60). General thickness is 220mm.

Thickness of timber wall 90mm, gap for the insulation 100mm, wall 90mm (90+100+90). General thickness is 280mm.

Timber wall 120mm, gap for the insulation 100mm, timber wall 120mm (120+100+120). General thickness 340mm.
